The Hardy church was originally situated in Hardy, Iowa, twelve miles from Dakota City. It was moved to the museum grounds in 1997. Built in 1882, the sanctuary is beautifully illuminated by original stained glass windows. The
church is presently rented to the Abundant Life Church congregation for
their member s to hold services on Sunday. The church is available to
rent for funerals, weddings, receptions, club meetings, or other events.
